11.02.2017I don't wear waterproof mascara but I still find that a biphase formula is necessary to remove my eye makeup thoroughly. This Chanel option is effective and is not irritating to my sensitive eyes. It easily dissolves makeup, leaving almost no remnants. That said I think good eye makeup removers can be found for less exorbitant prices.
